What is the TummyTime!™ Method?
TummyTime!™ Method helps you and your baby LOVE tummy time! It is a therapeutic method designed to address the unique needs of newborn to precrawling babies and their families by providing parent education, awareness and support. It includes limiting the use of containers, car seats, swings, swaddling and other devices that inhibit baby's natural movements and innate behaviors. TTM is not a time-based method, the focus is on quality and not quantity!
