Please complete the intake form on my website, it contains health history and consent forms. To help us make the most of our time together, please try to ensure your baby isn't too hungry or too full. It’s best if you can wait about an hour before our visit to feed them, so I can observe a complete feeding session.

What can I expect during the consultation?

When I arrive at your home, we'll take some time to go over any important health history for both you and your baby. I’ll conduct a gentle physical assessment for both of you. Next, I’ll observe a feeding and weigh your baby before and after to gather helpful information. We’ll also discuss any questions or concerns you may have. After our visit, I’ll provide you with a written care plan that includes suggestions and any necessary referrals. I’ll also ensure a full report is sent to your baby’s pediatrician and/or your healthcare provider, if needed.
